Shipping and Delivery

When can I expect to receive my order?

Our items are made to order by hand and can take up to 3 business days to assemble and ship.  Customers who selected "Free Standard Shipping" should expect to receive their orders between 4-7 business days from the date of purchase.

Is your transit packaging secure?

Great care will be taken to ensure that your item arrives in excellent condition. Prints are shipped flat on cardboard and sealed in a water-resistant envelope or, for 11x14 prints and larger, rolled in a crush-resistant tube. We've successfully shipped thousands of prints in this manner, therefore items will arrive in good order when handled properly. 

Please note that we pay extra charges to have parcels delivered as PACKAGES, not regular mail.  This means your carrier should deliver your package to your doorstep (not bend or cram it into your mailbox).  Should you find your package damaged due to this type of handling, please contact your local post office.

Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?

If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can still change the address for you. Changing order information will delay the shipment.

Does Free Shipping apply to all orders?

Free shipping only applies to orders shipped within the United States and their territories.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.  Shipping prices may vary based on size and location.  You will be able to see the applicable shipping charge reflected in your shopping cart, after you enter the shipping address, at checkout.  First Class International Package service is our primary international shipping carrier, and as such, may take up to 30 days for delivery.

Do you ship to U.S. military bases?

We are more than happy to ship items to military service members.  Please include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses. To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.

I received my tracking details, but it doesn’t show any movement, what should I do?

If it has been more than 7 days since your order has shipped and movement is not reflected on the shipper’s website or it has been more than 3 days since the last tracking update, please contact us at service@historyshoppe.com for further assistance.

Which shipping carrier does History Studios use?

All orders US and International orders ship via USPS or UPS where applicable.
