You can request to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped. Once the item has been shipped, we will issue a refund for the purchase price less shipping cost when we receive the UNOPENED package returned.

We will gladly replace any defective merchandise at our expense. Please contact us if you have an issue.
If your package arrives damaged, please save the original packaging material and include it with your return shipment.
Since our items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for reasons other then damage or defect. But please contact us with the details of your issue, as all reasonable cases will be considered.
We do not accept returns for photographs or printed materials that were used in projects or presentations that are no longer needed now. Please be fair-minded with your return requests. Thank you!
