Description -  The RMS TITANIC, an Olympic-class passenger liner owned by the White Star Line.  On the night of April 14, 1912, during her maiden voyage, Titanic hit an iceberg and sank two hours and forty minutes later, early on April 15, 1912, killing over 1,500 people.  At the time she was the largest passenger steamship in the world.
