Title -  The Sullivan Brothers, Lost on the USS JUNEAU

 

Description -  The five Sullivan brothers, all of whom were tragically lost in the sinking of the U.S.S. Juneau, November 13, 1942.  The Sullivans -- George, Francis, Joseph, Madison, and Albert -- were natives of Waterloo, Iowa.  As a direct result of the Sullivans' deaths, the U.S. War Department adopted the Sole Survivor Policy.
