Description -  Crowd and marching troops on way to cemetery for dedication ceremony for the new Soldier's National Cemetery at Gettysburg.  It was during this event that President Abraham Lincoln gave his now-famous "Gettysburg Address".  Crowds gather around troops marching down the Baltimore pike.
